Will the real Arizona Republicans please stand up?
This may be a bit petty, but indulge me
On May 18, 2026, I attended a Republican LD28 meeting for the first time since 2024. That’s the year LD28 (and LD27), shoved leftist Becky Proudfit down all our throats. She wasn’t a conservative then and she’s not a conservative now. But that’s not the purpose of this article.
I was a guest of a PC at the meeting, and I came solely to observe the vote in support of the retarded statement LD28 released after PUSD radical board members Jeff Tobey, Becky Proudfit, and Melissa Ewing unseated a duly elected school board president. When I tried to advocate for Ewing’s name to be added to this letter, my comments were promptly deleted from the LD28 Facebook group.
Oddly enough, I was allowed to remain in the meeting until about the time this photo started spreading on social media. Someone please confirm, is this the Peoria Education Association (union) president? Whose guest was she, I wonder? They just let anybody become a Republican these days…

YES, I’M REGISTERED “NO PARTY”
I got kicked out of the LD28 meeting because I’m currently registered No Party (if I were a leftist, this would the place to cry “racism” and start a GoFundMe!). No Party was my designation when I relocated to Arizona. I adopted the “R” to do some PC and campaign work, and eventually evolved into a conservative activist while working for TPUSA. Charlie Kirk was one of the few voices who called out spineless Republicans when the moment would arise…good man. I re-registered No Party after the 2024 election and waited for a moment like this to tell all of Arizona:
I am a Christian, Constitutional, Conservative. I don’t tote the party line for reasons I’ve laid out in several social media and Substack posts. After all I’ve seen from LD Republicans, knowing the MCRC’s reputation, and listening to AZ GOP reps tell their people to “play nice” and “have a unified front”—I honestly respect some Democrats more. At least they stand on their convictions, no matter how crooked or destructive they may be. Too many RINOs in this state will smile in a voter’s face while looking for a place to stick a knife.
Furthermore, the reason a lot Republicans will run on nonsense like 6- to 15-week abortion concessions and cater to the “middle,” is due to party corruption. Their strategy is basically to win and stay in office as long as possible, whether they deserve the leadership position or not. Many Republicans are morally bankrupt, their Bibles are dusty, and they pray to a God they do not know. Many claim to uphold a Constitution they’ve never read. They profess to love a country they would sell out to the highest bidder.
REGISTRATIONS ARE EASILY CHANGED. TRUTH NEVER CHANGES.
Before anyone comes for me in the comment sections, I understand we have a binary political system and there’s no other option. I’m not telling anyone to ditch the party. The point I’m making is that most Arizonans are out here voting Republican by default. Too many candidates have backstories and voting records that require a “coffee date” to explain. Constituents roll their eyes and sigh heavily when they see their only two options are dumb and dumber. Why do you think people refuse to go down ballot? They are tired of feeling like they have to compromise and elect phonies.
I will change my voter registration back to that raggedy “R” when I’m ready. For now, I want to encourage Arizona Republicans to stop taking every opportunity to bash Democrats. Honestly, it makes you look weak. When you overpromise and underdeliver, you instantly become part of the problem in our state. Stop acting as if being a right-wing nutjob is better than being a left-wing nutjob. Y’all are two wings on the same vulture.
Republicans, do better…if it’s possible.
